The Last Humans: A review

The Last Humans is a trilogy by Dima Zales, is a 3 book series that is a sci-fi adventure. The book takes place in the very far future in a area that is the last habitable place on a place like earth. The main character Theo, who is 23 years old. Does not fit in with anyone or anything in the place called Oasis. As time goes by he starts to hear a voice in his head, which he later comes to the conclusion nothing is what it seems to be.

Phoe, which is the voice in his head becomes his imaginary friends or maybe not. There are a lot secrets in this book, many which get reviled and have Theo caught in the middle or the real and the fake world.


This book was very interesting. I have never read a book like this. It kept me on my feet as I turned the pages. There is some mild language in the book but nothing to get in a huff about. I do recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read and wants to read outside their comfort zone.

So a few days ago I got a box in the mail from influenster.

It was my Covergirl super sizer fibers voxbox. In the box was

I am not big on make-up because I am sure I would mess up really bad on how to do it. But I am super excited to get this. One because I am sure you can't mess up putting on mascara and two because it gives me the chance to learn something new and start to have a make-up collection. 

No Coffee No Workee

What better way to enjoy coffee then in a new mug.

I always wake up in the morning and start my day off with a nice cup of coffee. I feel like I can not function unless I have one or two. I have many coffee mugs and cups I use to drink out of but not one like this. It is like a internal joke I have with myself. I can function without my coffee.

The mug says "No coffee, No workee" It gives a good laugh as I sip my coffee. The cup holds a good amount of liquid, I would say about 8-12 oz. When I am not using it for  my coffee, my father uses it for his glass of milk. It is made up of thick glass, which is good because I don't think it would shatter that easily (but I won't test that out). It is a little bit heavier then most of the mugs I have around.

Over all I think it is a great mug to use if you want to start your day off with a little chuckle.

Any one who has lost someone knows the pain you can go thru with mourning that person. It is a long process.

This book gives you a very detailed view from many angles on what the process is to mourn someone. It is a great book for professionals in the medical field or anyone who lost someone and is going thru that mourning process. The author has different insites from people all over going thru it. Just to show everyone has a different process.

When lies take over!!!!

Lies from the Attic : A review


This was a great book to read. It had a lot of plot twist and a character eager to get to the truth. The main character is a officer in a military prison on a mission to find out what happen to her brother when she lost him in combat. She will go thru any measures to find out the truth.

This book sucks you right in and makes you not want to put it down. I was able to read the book cover to cover in a day and a half. The author really details the story so well.

This is a little different from what I usually read.

It was a very good book. A lot of twists and turns. It is a great story about fate and spirituality. It was so good that i could not put it down. The book is so detailed, the author did a really good job on the book.

Say bye bye to unwanted hair

Qstick - A review

So i got this little beauty in the mail the other day. Opened it and used it right away.

I could never get the Do it yourself waxing down pact and i was tired of having all the hair on my lip and chin. I must say this tool right here works very well. I follow the instructions on the paper included with it, and boy am i happy with my results.

It was not that painful, very bearable. I must say this tool is a complete life saver. Being a mother of 2 i don't have time or money to spend to get it all removed.
